Advisors earn commission-based compensation, which means your income is directly tied to the business you generate. As you advance in your career, you can also earn override commissions on the production of advisors you recruit and develop. This creates multiple streams of income and unlimited earning potential.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. Many advisors start part-time while transitioning from another career. However, the most successful advisors typically commit to full-time work to maximize their income potential and client service capabilities.

To begin your career, you’ll need to obtain your life insurance license. We provide access to study materials and support to help you prepare for these exams. As your career progresses, you may choose to pursue additional licenses and professional designations, which we also support through our continuing education programs.

Success timelines vary based on individual effort, commitment, and ability to implement our systems. Many advisors begin earning income within their first 30-60 days. With consistent effort and by following our proven systems, most full-time advisors achieve significant income within their first 12-18 months.
